An exclusive preview of specially-created and world-famous compositions which will be performed throughout a weekend in the Dales as part of the 2018 Yorkshire Festival of English Music.

2018 YORKSHIRE FESTIVAL OF ENGLISH MUSIC

 

The programme for this, the opening concert of the third Yorkshire Festival of English Music, will feature performances of the winning entries of the Festival’s Yorkshire Film Score competition. This competition, open to young composers of all nationalities, invites settings of three short archive film compilations that have been specially commissioned by the Festival from the Yorkshire Film Archive.
